A coastal home that redefines transportable living

Open the sliders on both sides and look straight through to the Pacific Ocean. Anthony and Rachel’s Momentum 120 makes the most of its stunning coastal setting

During design, they made it their own with Cortex tiled floors, higher ceilings, an over-wall sliding door, a ducted heat pump, and two guest bedrooms combined into one generous guest suite.

They watched their home take shape from start to finish and found the Thistle team easy to talk to at every stage.

Anthony and Rachel believe Kiwis need to rethink what a transportable home can be. As they put it, “You can build something off-site and have it delivered as a finished home.”

Their home is a beautiful example of exactly that.
